Before booking: our roXiva lamp and Shiftwave chair aren't suitable for everyone. If your friend has epilepsy or a history of seizures, neither device is right for them. If they have an active retinal tear, active deep vein thrombosis, or active unstable angina, the Shiftwave chair specifically isn't suitable. If any of this applies, please get in touch before booking so we can help find the right session — call us on 0450 757 922 or email hello@cheatcodeplayground.com. If your friend is under 18, we need their guardian and doctor's sign-off before they can use the equipment.

All new clients must complete a First Run before booking any other session.
